Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to "Bright Outdoor Media Limited" vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 24, 2022 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated November 24, 2022.
