Further, our Company became a public limited company with the name of Bronze Infra-Tech Limited with fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 04, 2012, issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal, Kolkata. The Corporate Identification Number of our company is U74990WB2004PLC100116. The Company was originally incorporated by Amit Baidya and Mukesh Bhuwalka. In May 2010 Competent Textiles Private Limited acquired 2,56,400 Equity Shares of our Company representing 99.96% of our then paid-up Capital. Accordingly we became a subsidiary of Competent Textiles Private Limited, which is promoted by Manoj Kumar Bajaj and Punit Sureka. Currently Competent Textiles Private Limited holds 72.50% of the pre-Issue paid-up capital of our Company, while the other promoters viz. Manoj Kumar Bajaj and Punit Sureka holds 1.45% each. Currently, we are engaged in the business of Land Development, Construction and execution of infrastructure projects. We are currently executing four diversified projects, two of which are land development based projects, one project for civil work and another project related to supply of IT Equipments.
