Our Company was originally incorporated as "Carver Welding Private Limited", a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 04, 2009, Further name of "Carver Welding Private Limited" was changed to "Carver Roboweld Private Limited" pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated May 23, 2025 issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Thereafter, pursuant to the conversion of the Company from a private limited company to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to "Carver Roboweld Limited", in accordance with a Shareholders' resolution dated June 03, 2025.
