The company has been promoted by V K Mittal, Madhu Mittal and Amrod Agrawal. 1987 -Company has received Transworld Trade Fair Gold Medal selection award. 1988 -Company has received Entrepreneurship award by Government of Haryana. 1991 -Company has received Best display award in the 9th Indian Engineering Trade Fair. 2007 -Company had designated an email id for grievance redressel of the shareholders The new email id is investors@cenlub.in. 2012 -Comapany has has recommended a dividend of 25%. 2018 -Company Has Been Conferred An Award For Outstanding Achievements In Chosen Filed Of Activity By Global Achievers Foundation Bharat Ratna Award.
