The main object of the company is to carry on manufacturing of all classes and kinds of lubrication systems, pumps, their sub assemblies and accessories, to cater to the requirements of machine tools, heavy engineering machines and plants such as sugar, iron and steel, cement, paper as well as Heavy Duty Vehicle and Railways. The company was engaged in the manufacture of centralised lubrication systems and was in existence since 1977. It has been catering to the machine tool industry. The company has been promoted by V K Mittal, Madhu Mittal and Amrod Agrawal. 1987 -Company has received Transworld Trade Fair Gold Medal selection award. 1988 -Company has received Entrepreneurship award by Government of Haryana. 1991 -Company has received Best display award in the 9th Indian Engineering Trade Fair. 2007 -Company had designated an email id for grievance redressel of the shareholders The new email id is investors@cenlub.in. 2012 -Comapany has has recommended a dividend of 25%. 2018 -Company Has Been Conferred An Award For Outstanding Achievements In Chosen Filed Of Activity By Global Achievers Foundation Bharat Ratna Award.
