Action Construction Equipment Limited was incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana ("ROC"). The Company was incorporated on January 13, 1995, as a private limited company in the name and style of "Action Construction Equipments Private Limited" under registration number 55-64347. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation to this effect was issued by the ROC on October 4, 2005. The name of the company was further changed from Action Construction Equipments Limited to Action Construction Equipment Limited vide the new certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name dated March 23, 2006. At the time of incorporation the registered office of the company was located at 352, Mandankini Enclave, New Delhi - 110019. On May 21, 1998, it was shifted to II Floor, Plot No.7, H-Block, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi 110 044, the current registered office. 2006 -The Company has emerged as FIRST amongst the fastest Growing Construction Equipment Companies in India, as per COBSTRUCT WORLD-NICAR study. 2007 -The Company's Cyprus arm (WOS) M/s. FRESTED Ltd has acquired 73.9% stake in a Romanian Company viz SC FORMA SA-Romania, for a total cost of 2.15 M USD. -The Company has recommended payment of final dividend @ 30%. 2008 -The Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a Chinese Company for acquisition of same. -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To 5th Floor, TDI Center, Jasola, New Delhi-110076. 2009 -The Company has recommended payment of final dividend @ 20% on the paid-up share capital of the Company i.e. Rs 0.40 per equity share. 2010 -The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Maj. Gen (Retd) Dr. K. C. Agarwal as additional director on the Board of Company. 2011 -The Company Launched new Model 15XW E -ACE launched its new generation pick & carry cranes models 25-02-2011 -ACE participated Bauma by displaying Pick & Move Cranes, Truck Mounted Cranes, Forklifts , Road Equipments , Tower Cranes and tractors, this was the first BAUMA in India. -The Company has recommended a Dividend of Re. 1 (Rupee One) per equity share (50%). 2012 -The Company has appointed Shri Avinash P.
