Tushar P Shah as an Additional Director of the Company. 2008 - The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs1/-. 2009 -Hercules Hoists Ltd has proposed dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share of Re 1/- fully paid-up -Mr. Saroj R.
