Choice International Limited has entered into Share Subscription Agreement with M/s. Fly Hi Financial Services Limited (\Fly Hi\) for acquisition of 2,23,600 Equity Shares consisting of 11% stake in the company. 2022 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:4 at a premium of Rs. 41 per share.
