The Company proposes to Set up a footwear complex to manufacture Rubber Cushion slippers (Hawai Slippers), Ethylene Vinyl Accetate (EVA) beach slippers, Canvass Sports shoes, Canvas shoes at Industrial Area, Pithampur, Dist. Dhar and the said activities fall under the main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company for undertaking the activities. The company changed its name from Kukson Footcare Ltd to Cistro Telelink Ltd w.e.f 9th November 2002. 2011 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 406, Manas Bhavan, 11, R. N. T. Marg, Indore - 452 001, Madhya PradeshTo 206, Airen Heights, AB Road, Indore 452010, Madhya Pradesh.
