Dhar and the said activities fall under the main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company for undertaking the activities. The company changed its name from Kukson Footcare Ltd to Cistro Telelink Ltd w.e.f 9th November 2002. 2011 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 406, Manas Bhavan, 11, R. N. T.
