Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Commercial Syn Bags Limited" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 18, 2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. The Corporate Identification Number is U25202MP1984PLC002669.
