Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to "Committed Cargo Care Limited" pursuant to conversion into a public company vide shareholder's approval dated January 12, 2018 and vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 17, 2018 bearing Corporate Identity Number U63090DL1998PLC096746 issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi.MAJOR EVENTS :1998- Incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of Committed Cargo Care Private Limited.2001- Accredited by IATA for the first time.
