Our Company was originally incorporated as "Complete Sports and Management India Private Limited", a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 26, 2002, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Thereafter, pursuant to the conversion of the Company from a private limited company to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to "Complete Sports and Management India Limited", in accordance with a Board resolution dated November 25, 2025 and a Shareholders' resolution dated December 19, 2025. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion and change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on January 21, 2026.Major Events and Milestones:2002- Incorporated as a private limited company.2010- Entered into a distributorship agreement with Brunswick Bowling Products LLC for the territory of India.2019- Entered into a distributorship agreement with Intercard, Inc.2025- Entered into a distributorship agreement with Brunswick Bowling Products LLC for the territories of Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.2026- Entered into a distributorship agreement with Coastal Amusements Inc.- Entered into a distributorship agreement with Elaut.- Entered into a distributorship agreement with KOMUSE America, Inc.- Entered into a distributorship agreement with Sega Amusements International Ltd.- Entered into a distributorship agreement with Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd.- Converted into a public limited company and consequently changed its name to "Complete Sports and Management India Limited".- Inaugurated and commenced operations of its first sports bar and restaurant outlet at Infinity Mall, Andheri, Mumbai.
