P.Sujatha Reddy was appointed as Wholetime Director of the company for a period of 5 (Five) years with effect from 1st April. 2000 - Hotel Amrutha Best Western, a division of Country Club India Limited and an affiliate of Best Western Hotels International inc, US has tied up with the andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corpoation (APTDC) and signed an MoU for the reciprocal business. - The Company is expanding its business by establishing Clubs in other major cities in the Country. 2001 - The Country Club India has signed MoUs to set up Country Clubs in Jalandhar, Amritsar and Ludhiana. 2004 -Country Club India Limited has entered into a strategic alliance with Royal Resorts to form India's first ever tailor made holiday club called The Royal Country Vacations International Holiday Club -Country Club has acquired Sun Valley, an existing club owned by Vijayanagar Resorts 2008 - The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs2/-. 2009 -Country Club India has recommended a dividend of Re 0.40 per share 2010 -Country Club India launched its latest concept, CK 27 in Chennai. 2011 -Country Club India Recommended a Final Dividend of 5% 2012 -Country Club India Recommended a Final Dividend of 5% 2014 -Company has changed its name from Country Club (India) Ltd to Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd. 2016 -Country Club Hospitality & Holidays has started a new venture as Country Club Wellness World at Delhi. -Country Club Hospitality & Holidays "Awarded with Better Holiday Award by Holiday IQ & Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor". -Country Club Hospitality & Holidays "Country Club Launches Functional Training Fitness Studio-FTX at Ghatkopar West, Mumbai".
