Our Company was originally incorporated as "Current Infraprojects Private Limited" at Jaipur, Rajasthan as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 31, 2013, issued by the RoC, Rajasthan with an object to takeover of the running business of M/s. Current Services Consultants, a proprietorship concern of our promoter Sujata Gangwar together with its assets, liabilities, rights, privileges, concessions, obligations and contracts. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at their extraordinary general meeting held on February 01, 2025.
