Cyberscape Multimedia Ltd is a limited company incorporated under the Company's Act 1956 on 1st JULY 1996 as a Private Limited Company and later on converted into Public Limited Company on 23rd February 2000. The main objective of incorporating the company was for the business in Information Technology in a corporate form of business organization. Earlier, the business was carried out under the following firms; namely ACES TECHNOLOGIES and ACES CONSULTANTS registered under the Partnership Act on 1st August 1989 and 1st April 1991 respectively. 2000 - Public Issue of 34,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 340 lacs out of which 8,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 80/- lacs are reserved for NRI's/OCB's. - The company has entered into a Joint Venture with 50% participation in M/s. ITR Interactive Edusoft Pvt. Ltd., - The Company has launched a CD shaped in the form of Lord Ganesh with multilingual multimedia content for the first time in India. 2001 - The Company has launched its maiden global product called CYDOCS, an electronic document management software, in collaboration with a Singapore based entity. 2011 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 941, First Floor, 2nd Main, 22nd 'A' Cross, Opp: BDA Complex, BSK 2nd Stage.
