The Company's name has not been changed since incorporation. The Company has been in regular compliance with the provisions of the applicable laws. The Company has recently allotted 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) Equity Shares to Non-Promoters on Preferential Basis in Compliance with Section 81(1)(A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009. The Company has also entered into Tri-partite Agreement with Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited. (R & T agent of the Company)Dalmia Industrial Development Limited (DIDL) is engaged in the business of buying and selling of Designer Indian ethnic sarees and other allied accessories. Indian sarees are the most elegant and beautiful attire accepted all around the world. The Company through its varied experience in this field allows its customers to know about the wonderful stories about the fabrics, colors and patterns and their resemblances in today's life.
