By order of the Company Law Board dated August 14, 2006, the registered office of the Company was changed from Karnataka to Tamil Nadu. Subsequent to the merger of the wholly-owned subsidiary, Data Patterns (India) Private Limited, with and into the Company, in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation, the name of the Company was changed to Data Patterns (India) Private Limited and a fresh certificate dated August 4, 2021 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on August 12, 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to Data Patterns (India) Limited. A fresh certificate of iincorporation consequent upon conversion to a public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies on September 13, 2021.Major events and milestones of the Company :2001- Designed a fire control system for the Research Center Imarat- Designed and developed the launch pad countdown system for delivery to the Indian government space organization2009- Developed Seaking automated test equipment for INS Shikra2013- Designed a smart cockpit display system- Developed an infrared guided missile tester2015- Designed and developed primary surveillance radar for coastal surveillance for the Indian government space organization 2021 -Company name has changed to Data Patterns (India) Ltd. from Indus Teqsite Pvt. Ltd. 2024 -The Exchange has sought clarification from Data Patterns (India) Ltd on July 11, 2024, with reference to news appeared in www.businesstoday.in dated July 11, 2024 quoting \Shares of Data Patterns (India) Ltd ended 6% higher today after Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) sanctioned a new project to the defence firm under the Technology Development Fund scheme. The reply is awaited.
