The Company commenced its business on February 18, 2019. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U74999MH2019PLC319622.Major Events and milestones of the Company :2019- Conversion of Partnership Firm to Public Company in the name and style of "DC Infotech and Communication Limited" 2022 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. 2023 -DC lnfotech Receives Samsung's Highest Value Contribution Awardfor Digital Signage in 2023. 2024 -DC Infotech has been honoured with the prestigious DT Partner Excellance Award 2024 in the Fastest Growing Enterprise Solution Provider in India.
