Company Info

The Company was incorporated as a private company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on 15 November 2006 under the name and style of Deep CH4 Private Limited. The Company was subsequently converted into a public company and pursuant to such conversion, a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on 11 June 2018.The name of our Company was subsequently changed to Deep Industries Limited and a certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the RoC on 25 September 2020.The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench, vide its order dated 17 March 2020 approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Deep Energy Resources Limited (Formerly Deep Industries Limited) and the Company in accordance with Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Pursuant to the Scheme, the Oil and Gas Services Undertaking of the Demerged Company is transferred to and vested with our Company with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. 1 April 2017. The Effective Date of the Scheme was 20 June 2020. 2020 -Company name has changed to Deep Industries Ltd. from Deep CH4 Ltd. 2021 -Company has received Letter of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC). 2022 -Company has received Letter of Award from Oil India Limited for charter hiring of 02 Nos. 550 HP (Min)- 750 HP(Max) Capacity Workover Rigs for a period of 03 (Three) years and the total estimated value of the said Award is approximately INR 71.64 crores. 2023 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 5/-. -The Company has received a letter of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited. -The Company has acquired 74% equity stake in Breitling Drilling Private Limited. 2024 -The Company receives order worth 1,402 Cr for Production Enhancement Operations from ONGC"". 2025-The Company has received letter of award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.
