Subsequently the name of the company was changed to `delaPlex Private Limited' vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 18, 2019 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated January 24, 2019. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to "delaPlex Limited" vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on October 30, 2023.
