Subsequently the name of the company was changed to `delaPlex Private Limited' vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 18, 2019 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated January 24, 2019.
