The Company was originally incorporated on October 20, 1992, as "Dhabriya Agglomerates Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur vide registration no. 17-07003 (CIN: U29305RJ1992PTC007003). Pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 14, 2014, the Company was converted into a public limited company and accordingly the name of our Company was changed to "Dhabriya Agglomerates Limited" pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 21, 2014 issued by Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur. Since the word "Agglomerates" doesn't depict the object of the Company therefore Company want to replace the word to "Polywood" which shows the object of the Company. Accordingly name of Company was changed to "Dhabriya Polywood Limited" from "Dhabriya Agglomerates Limited" pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 22, 2014 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 28, 2014 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur. Ltd. has received the work order from DLF Limited for Supply & Installation of Kitchen, Wardrobes, vanity, and medicine cabinets for the Project DLF City Floors (Phase-F and G) at Gurgaon for a total value of Rs. 5.15 Crore excluding GST.
