The Company was later converted into a Public Limited Company having name "Dhampur Bio Organics Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur dated April 22, 2021. 2023 -'Expansion of Country Liquor Plant and Commissioning of CO2 Plant at Unit Asmoli, Uttar Pradesh.'. 2025 -Company has launched a new product i.e. UPML.
