Sunil Choudhary and KishanLal Choudhary were the original subscribers to the Memorandum of Association. Sunil Choudhary HUF joined the Company by acquiring shares in December, 2000 from Jetair Properties Private Limited. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and trading of value added steel products.
