Ltd. on 5th April, 1995 and the company became a public limited company by passing a special resolution on 6th April, 1995 in terms of Section 44 of the Companies Act, 1956 and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 7th April, 1995. CURRENT BUSINESS The current business operation of the Company consist of leasing, hire purchase & financial consultancy services. SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY The Company has no subsidiary. 2005 -DHP India has proposed a dividend @ 10% 2006 -DHP India enters into an marketing tie-up with a North America based company 2008 -DHP India has designated E-mail ID for Investors Complaints: info@dhpindia.com 2010 -DHP India has proposed a dividend @ 10% 2014 -The Comapny has proposed a dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share.
