Our company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on April 25, 2022 & name of our Company changed from `Dollex Agrotech Private Limited' to `Dollex Agrotech Limited' & Registrar of Companies, Gwalior issued new Certificate of incorporation dated May 20, 2022. The registered office of the company is situated at 205, Naroli Arcade 19/1, Manorama Ganj, Palasia Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh-452001, India.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2017 Alteration of object clause of the Memorandum of Association by adding the business of manufacturing of sugar and its by-products.
