Subsequently, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to a shareholders' resolution passed at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 29, 2023, and name of the Company was changed to "Drone Destination Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 04, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
