The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a Public Limited Company on April 2, 2009. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at 78, Ratnajyot Industrial Estate, Irla Lane, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai - 400056, Maharashtra. The Company entered into a Scheme of Arrangement with DSSL and their respective shareholders and creditors, which became effective on December 20th, 2010. In terms of the Scheme, Marketing and Distribution Business and Manufacturing Business of DSSL, was demerged into the Company on a going concern basis. The Board of Directors in accordance with the terms of the Scheme of Arrangement on January 18th, 2011 issued and allotted an aggregate of 44,423,100 equity shares of Re.1 each of DTL credited as fully paid up, to the members of DSSL whose names are recorded in the register of members on the record date, in the ratio of 3 (three) equity shares in DTL of face value of Re. 1 each for every 10 (ten) equity shares of Rs. 2 each held by such member in DSSL. 2015 -Dynacons Technologies Ltd has titled "Dynacons Technologies endeavor into new Sectors". 2016 - Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd. signed an exclusive agreement with Zhejiang Hailiang Ecological Materials Co., Ltd. of China to market and distribute DeNOx catalyst for the entire Indian sub-continent. - Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd.rose over 2 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange after the technology company signed an exclusive agreement with Zhejiang Hailiang Ecological Materials Co., Ltd. - "Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd. successful completion of Dedusting system Enables pollution control compliance for NALCO". 2017 -"Ducon establishes a new subsidiary in USA to sell various combustion products". 2019 -Ducon partners with Sterling & Wilson to bid on large FGD projects in India. 2021 -Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd. awarded LoI for AHS package by Vedanta Limited. 2022 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:10. 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 1:4 at a premium of Rs. 6 per share.
