The group was founded and promoted by Mr. Jugal Kishore Bhagat, a first-generation entrepreneur and started the journey at a very young age of 23 years. Upon completing his graduation in the year 1996, he started his career in a logistics company for 3 years dealing in transportation and clearing of goods and this gave him the insights and know-how of the industry. In the year 1999 Mr. Jugal Kishore Bhagat, the promoter took a bold decision to venture into a new path of business and just started the journey of the company since then. In the initial days he started to get assignments for supply of Foods and commodities to Indian Navy and Indian Arm and thereafter he gradually started deploying manpower to Indian Navy and Indian Railways.In 2008, he founded M/s. Dynamic services, a proprietorship firm as logistic solutions provider mainly focused into Manpower services and by 2012 entered into catering business. After gaining a rich experience in the industry, he bagged his first railway tender for supplying of manpower for cleaning and housekeeping in the year 2012. Having over two decades of rich experience in logistics and deployment of manpower, he along with his family members stated expansion and diversification in the similar field and thus promoted other Proprietorship firms and companies and started executing various railways contracts successfully.Key Milestones of the Group :1999- Mr. Jugal Kishore Bhagat started his journey as entrepreneur as a vendor for transporting and supply of goods. Gradually expanded his business into different vertical and started supplying of Foods and commodities in Indian Navy and Indian Army. Dynamic services, a proprietorship firm of Mr. Jugal Kishore Bhagat has been founded as logistic solutions provider2010- M/s. Dynamic Enterprises, (a proprietorship firm of the Promoter Mrs. Rekha Bhagat) was founded and doing the business of Logistics Solution along with supplying of manpower and other related services for different corporate sectors.2012- M/s. Global Services, (a proprietorship firm of the Promoter Mrs. Rekha Devi Bhagat) was founded and doing the business of Logistics Solution along with supplying of manpower and other related services for different corporate sectors.- Bagged the first railway tender for supplying of manpower for cleaning and housekeeping in the name of Dynamic Services (Proprietorship Firm).2016- With a vision for further expansion, diversification and structuring the business entities, Incorporated a private limited company in the name of "Dynamic Services & Security Private Limited" with a motive to take over the business of M/s. Dynamic Services (a sole proprietorship concern of one of the promoters Mr. Jugal Kishore Bhagat) as a going concern and to carry on the business of supplying of goods & services to railways as authorised railway contractor and to do other similar and related business.2018- The group turnover of all the three merged entities mentioned above crossed the turnover of Rs. 100.00 crores2019- All the proprietors of three firms mentioned above who are close relatives, decided to merge the firm into company. The company has taken over three proprietorship firm namely M/s. Dynamic Services (Prop: Jugal Kishore Bhagat), M/s. Dynamic Enterprises (Prop: Rekha Bhagat) and M/s. Global Services (Prop: Rekha Devi Bhagat) with effect from March 31, 20192020- The overall banking limits of all the three firms has been individually cancelled and integrated to a single merged entity in the name of the company.- The Private Limited got converted into Public Limited 2024 -The Company Acquires 49% stake of Nacof Nithin Sai Green Energy Pvt. Ltd
