Obul Reddy. 1975 - The company commenced manufacture of Black and White Television sets under the brand name "DYANORA". 1982 - The Company commenced manufacture of colour television. - The Company has established itself as one of the leading manufacturers of television sets in India. The production and sales of T.V. set by the company has steadily increased, despite severe competition. - The company has been regularly introducing new models of television sets into the market and has also been continuously upgrading its existing product range. - The Company also has a letter of intent for increasing the Black and White T.V. production capacity to 2,00,000 nos. per annum. - The Company would take necessary steps to increase the production capacity in due course. - The Audio equipment manufactured by the Company will have component supplied by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. Ltd (MEIC), Japan , who are producers of the internally renowned 'NATIONAL' brand music systems. 1994 - The company has also entered into an agreement with M/s. TeeDee Consumer Electronics Ltd, for the conversion of their electronic products into finished goods. (No news from 92,93,95-99) 2000 - The company has acquired 9,99,000 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each from his co-promoter, Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corp. Ltd as per the promoters' agreement entered into between them. 2012 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from near Dr. V.S.I. Estate, Kottivakkam Chennai- 600041, Tamilnadu To 16 B, First Floor, Balaraman Road, Adyar, Chennai- 600041, Tamilnadu 2015 -Dynavision Company have shifted registered office to " 3rd Floor, Jhaver Plaza, 1-A, Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai - 600034 Tamilnadu. 2016 -Dynavision Ltd has informed that Mr. P. R. Krishnan, who has been appointed as Company Secretary will be the Compliance office 2024 -The Company Purchase of land through land aggregators for setting up solar power generation facilities.
