The aforesaid orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras was files by ERCL, TDL, ERIL and TDL (Formerly TDIL) with the Registrar of Companeis (ROC), Coimbatore and by TTPL with the REgistrar of Companies, Pondicherry on 01.01.2011 and 23.02.2011 respectively. The Effective Date of the Scheme is 01.01.2011. Elgi Rubber Company Limited (Formerly Elgi Rubber International Limited): This Comapny Would focus on manugacture of tyre repair materials, reclaim rubber products, envelopes, patches and other related accessories and windmill operations of the group. 2016 -Launch of 6 - Series Retreading Machinery 2017 -Launch of Ultra series premium curing envelopes. 2022 -Launch of 2 Series Retreading Machinery. 2024 -The Company informed completion of capacity addition and commencement of commercial production at Annur Plant.
