The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U92200WB2001PLC093236.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2001-Incorporation of our Company2018-Our Company entered into Bangladesh through JV Company2022-Change in Registered Office of the Company2023-Increase in Authorized Capital of the Company-Issue of Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:150-Company converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name changed from "Euphoria Infotech (India) Private Limited" to "Euphoria Infotech (India) Limited".-Adoption of Articles of Associations of the Company in line with public company.
