Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Private Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 27, 2021, issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on May 13, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to "Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited". A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated July 5, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
