The Certificate for commencement of business was obtained by the Company on September 27, 1990. The main objects of the Company are fully set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association and are also quoted elsewhere in this Prospectus. The immediate object of the Company is to set up a Project at SEEPZ Andheri (E), Bombay, for the manufacture of Professional Grade Single and Double Sided PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS (PCBs) with a capacity of 2,40,000 sq.feet per annum. PROMOTERS : The Company has been promoted by Mr.B.T. Doshi and Mr.Abhay Doshi. Mr.B.T.Doshi has over 25 years of industrial experience. He is co-promoter to Steelcast Ltd. (originally founded as Steel Cast Corpn. in 1960 and in technical collaboration with Kurimoto Ltd., Japan), manufacturers of steel and ferrous wear resistant castings. He is also a Co-Promoter to Investment and Precision Castings Ltd. (incorporated in 1975, in technical collaboration with Furstlich Hohenzolarnsche Huttenverwal Tung. W.Germany), manufacturers of precision castings using the lost wax process. Abhay Doshi, Managing Director of the Company, is an Electronics Engineer and a Post Graduate in MBA from University of California, at Berkeley, U.S.A., having over three years experience as design and development analyst in Maxtor Corporation, U.S.A. world leaders in the manufacture of disk drives. Chicago Circuits International Inc., U.S.A. (Chicago Circuits) are the financial collaborators with a equity participation of Rs. 75 lacs and are also involved in marketing and selling of PCBs in U.S.A., West Germany, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia, the details whereof are mentioned elsewhere in this Prospectus. 2003 -Sets up High Technology Multilayer Unit at Mumbai 2007 Fine Line Circuits Ltd has re-appointed Shri. Bhagwandas T Doshi as "Executive Chairman" for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2007.
