The Company was originally incorporated as "G G Engineering Private Limited" in Mumbai, Maharashtra under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 23rd January, 2006 bearing Registration Number: 159174 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. the Company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to "G G Engineering Limited" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 3rd April, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Corporation Identification Number of the Company is U28900MH2006PLC159174. We are an authorised O.E.A. of Ashok Leylend & Perkins make engine. We manufacture DG Sets in the range of 10 to 2250 KVA. We make DG Sets with Ashok Leylend Engine ranging from 10 to 250 KVA and with Perkins Engine ranging from 300 to 2250 KVA. We have been established in 2006 to cater rising demand of quality sheet metal and heavy steel products. Over a period of ten years we are equipped with all facilities to execute all types of manufacturing activities such as punching, forming, shearing, bending, fabrication, welding & assembly etc. We also undertake servicing and annual maintenance contract for DG sets off all makes. We offer a gamut of DG Sets, which includes as below: - DG Sets with Ashok Leylend Engine ranging from 10 to 250 KVA - DG Sets with Perkins Engine ranging from 300 to 2250 KVA These DG Sets can be supplied with:- - Manual Operation - Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) - Sound Proof enclosure having Db. level 75Db (A) at 1 meter distance As per CPCB II. - Multiset Application with Manual Synchronizing system or Automatic Synchronizing System. - Power House Concept with designing the powerhouse from concept to commissioning. MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES : 2006 -Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "G G Engineering Private Limited" 2017 -The Company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to "G G Engineering Limited" 2019 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:3. 2021 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-. 2022 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 35:13 at a premium of Rs. 0.8 per share. -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-. 2023 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 38:29 at par.
