The Main Objects of the Company are fully setout in the Memorandum of Association of the Company are as detailed below: To carry on the business as manufactureres, manufacturers' representative, exporters, importers, factors, agents, assemblers, repairers, machinists, consignors, consignees, distributors & dealers of all classes, kinds, types nature and description of bearings, bushes, ball bearings, roller bearing house/pedestal and sleeves made of whatever metals and substances and required for whatever purposes/uses. The Company has been promoted by Shri Vajibhai J Patel and Shri Vinodrai H Kansagara of the "Galaxy Group" of Saurashtra. The immediate object of the Company is to implement a Project for the manufacture of Ball and Roller Bearings with a total installed capacity of 8.10 lacs bearings per annum. The company proposes to manufacture 5.20 lacs pieces of Ball Bearings, 0.80 lac pieces of Cylindrical Roller Bearings and 2.10 lacs pieces of Taper Roller Bearings per annum.
