The Company has its registered office at 17, Milap Apts., S.V. Road, Malad (West), Bombay-400064. MAIN OBJECT OF THE COMPANY The main objects of the Company as set out in its Memorandum and Articles of Association are as follows: To carry on the business in or outside India of construction works and that of Builders, Developers, Contractors, or all kinds of works viz. Road, Bridges, Buildings Industrial/Residential/Commercial or otherwise, Factories, Factory Sheds, Industrial Complexes, masanory works of all types, land developments and/ or of soil investigations and contractor of Central Public Works Departments, other Government bodies or Semi-Government bodies or Civil Bodies. PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY The Company is engaged in Real Estate Promotion, Construction and Development of Industrial Premises (Galas) or Plots at growth centres in various States encouraging industrial development and various incentives. The Company has started its operations from April, 94 and the Company proposes to purchase 41 acres of land out of which company has already purchased 19.05 acres of land near Patalganga in the villages Honad and Dheku, Taluka-Khalapur, Dist. Raigad, (the agreement value of which is Rs.75.18 lacs). The total area to develop and construct is 6.84 lakh sq.ft. for industrial plots, sheds and galas with different specifications and most modern innovative designs and systems. Negotiations are going on for the purchase of balance land for the envisaged project. The development and construction work will be undertaken in a phased manner and in the first phase the Company proposes to develop an area of around 17 acres. 2004 -Garnet Construction Ltd has informed that it has given the marketing rights to market its property in Lonavala and Khopoli to Sternon Group based in Dubai & USA. They will market the property from third week of January. 2006 - The Company has acquired 25 acres of land at Express Highway near Panvel in Navi Mumbai to develop a mega residential township with all modern facilities. 2011 -Shri Kishan Kumar Kedia has been appointed as a Chairman & Managing Director of the company. 2013 -Garnet Construction Ltd has been shifted its registered office from 17, Milap Apartment, S. V. Road, Malad (West), Mumbai to 501/531, Laxmi Mall, Laxmi Industrial Estate, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai.
