Subsequently, pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General meeting held on April 07, 2022, the name of the company was changed from "Harbinger Analytical Consulting Private Limited" to "Veear Analytics Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 28, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan at Jaipur.
