Thereafter, our Company was converted to a public limited company, approved by our Shareholders' vide special resolution dated April 17, 2018, pursuant to which the name of our Company was changed to "Haq Steels and Metaliks Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to public limited company was issued by the RoC dated May 4, 2018.
