Thereafter pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 18, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai the name of the Company was changed to `Getalong Enterprise Private Limited' Thereafter, pursuant to the conversion of the Company to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to `Getalong Enterprise Limited' pursuant to special resolution passed by the Shareholders at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 28, 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 12, 2021 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.Major events and milestones of the Company :2020- Incorporation of the Company- Receipt of Importer-Exporter Certificate2021- Crossed turnover of ? 50 Crores- Conversion of the Company from private limited company to public limited company- Acquired the Subsidiary Company namely "Adrian Trading Private Limited"- Acquired the Subsidiary Company namely "Rutuja Textiles Private Limited"- ISO Certificate 9001:2015 for Quality Management System2025-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
