The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders' Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on November 18, 2015 and the name of the Company was changed to "Globe International Carriers Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 16, 2015, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur. Corporate Identity Number of the Company is U60232RJ2010PLC031380. The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Subhash Agrawal & Surekha Agarwal, who were the initial subscribers to the Company`s Memorandum and Articles of Association on incorporation. Mr. Subhash Agrawal & Mrs. Surekha Agarwal are the Promoters of the Company.
