Further, our Company shifted its Registered Office from the State of Delhi to Uttar Pradesh and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 19, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, our Company was converted into public limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 02, 2024.
