Further, the status of the Company was changed to a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to "Goel Construction Company Limited" vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at ExtraOrdinary General Meeting of our Company dated November 26, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 20, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
