Gothi Plascon (India) Limited was incorporated as Public Limited Company on 11th October 1994 Under Companies Act, 1956. The Company obtained the Certificate of commencement of business on 25th October 1994 from the Registrar of Companies, Madras. MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY The main objects as detailed in the Memorandum of the Company are as under: 1. To carry on the business of manufacturers, processors, importers, exporters, dealers and agents in plastics and polymers of all kinds description or similar substances and their finished and semi-finished products in general and of technologically advanced nature in particular. 2. To manufacture, buy, sell, import, export, prepare process, blend, develop and deal in all chemicals, additives, colourants and fillers related to above business and required in carrying on the above functions. 3. To manufacture, buy, sell, exchange, import, export, hire or let on hire, lease or let on lease, improve, assemble, prepare, design, develop, erect, install, equip, fabricate, repair, manage, provide technical know-how and mend anything and everything relating to plastic processing machinery, plant, gadgets, instruments, tool, dies, moulds, drawings, components, accessories, spares and support equipments in carrying out the above functions. 4. To represent and act as agents for machinery, process and know-how developed by Indian or foreign Individual or Companies relating to manufacture of plastic, and similar items as enunciated above and their related finished products in the Union of India and overseas and undertake joint ventures in the Union of India or Overseas. 5. To acquire, research, develop, lease, hire, sell and exchange patterns, processes, licenses, techniques, drawing relating to manufacture or processing of plastics and similar items as enunciated above and their and products which may enhance their value, utility, finishing, appearance, physical, structural and chemical properties.
