Premier Polyfilm Ltd. (PPL) was incorporated on 17th of July 1992 and having its registered office at C-4, Commercial Centre, Safdarjung Development Area, New Delhi - 16. The certificate for commencement of business was issued on 4th August 1992. It has set up a project at Sahibabad, Distt. Ghaziabad, UP at a total capital cost of Rs. 960 lacs for manufacture of 6600 MT p.a of PVC films and sheets for various thickness and rigidity. The project was financed by a term loan of Rs. 383 lacs from Industrial Development Bank of India, Equity of Rs. 472 lacs and unsecured loans/deferred payment to creditors of Rs. 105 lakhs. The Public Issue of Rs. 210 lacs was made in January 1994 and the shares are listed on Delhi, Bombay, Jaipur, Calcutta and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges. The commercial production was commenced on first November 1993. 2015 -Premier Polyfilm Ltd has commenced partial commercial production at Unit No. II of the Company at Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr UP. 2017 -Company has decided to shift Unit Number I of the Company from 40/1A, Site IV Industrial Area, Sahibabad to Unit Number II of the Company at Sikandrabad, District Bullandshahr (UP) for improving the quality of products and for increasing production capacity of combined plants at one place. 2020 -Company intends to purchase Assets i.e. factory, land & building alongwith Plant & Machinery of M/s Khushbu Vinyl Private Limited (in liquidation) located at District Panchmahal in the state of Gujarat. 2024 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 5/- to Rs. 1/-.
