The Company was incorporated as M/s Udhav Fashion Apparels Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated August 08, 2003 in New Delhi. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to AVSL Industries Private Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 07, 2008. Later, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to which the name of the Company was changed to "AVSL Industries Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 24, 2016. The registered office of the company is situated at C-611-612, DSIDC Industrial Area, Narela, New Delhi-110040. KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF the COMPANY : 2003 -The company was incorporated as M/s Udhav Fashion Apparels Private Limited 2008 -Company Changed its name to AVSL Industries Private Limited and was taken over by he present management. -Company Purchased plot no. C-611 at DSIDC Industrial Area, Narela, Delhi -Company Starts manufacturing of Raw Material for Power Cable at C-611. 2009 -Company Purchased plot no. C-612 at DSIDC Industrial Area, Narela, Delhi 2010 -Turnover crossed Rs. 14 Crore for the F.Y. 2009-10. 2014 -First time company crossed international boundaries by exporting goods to Oman & Kuwait. 2015 -Took over a manufacturing plant at Halol, Gujurat from its group company. -Started Export Import business of Agro Commodities 2016 -Company achieved turnover of Rs. 67 Crores -Registration with NSIC for Government Purchase Enlistment.
