The Corporate Identity Number of our Company is U19201UP2023PLC182123.Key Events and Mile Stones:2023-24-Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Greenhitech Ventures Private Limited"-Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 10, 2023.
