Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Gretex Industries Private Limited" videspecial resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company in their meeting held on January 22, 2013 and fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on February 7, 2013. the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders of the Company at their meeting held on October 21, 2013 and the name of the Company was changed to 'Gretex Industries Limited'. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on November 20, 2013. The Corporate Identity Number of the Company is U17296WB2009PLC136911 Rajib Nandi, Bivash Nandi and Bijoy Gupta were the subscribers to the Memorandum of the Company. Ambuja Technologies Private Limited, and Ambition Tie-up Private Limited subsequently acquired shares in 2010. Further Arvind Harlalka and Sumit Harlalka acquired shares in 2013. Ambuja Technologies Private Limited, Ambition Tie-up Private Limited, Arvind Harlalka and Sumit Harlalka are Promoters of the Company.
