Pursuant  to the effectiveness of the Scheme, Gas Transmission Business Undertaking was demerged into our Company on a going concern basis and in consideration, our Company issued and allotted New Equity Shares to the  shareholders of Gujarat Energy Limited (formerly known as Gujarat Gas Limited ), in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme and on the basis of the Share Entitlement Ratio set out therein.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2024 - Incorporation of the Company 2026 - Demerger, transfer and vesting of the Demerged Undertaking into the Company on a going concern basis pursuant to the Scheme
