YEAR EVENTS 1986 - Cinerad Communications Limited was incorporated as a Private limited Company on 17th September, and was subsequently converted to a Public limited Company ride Special Resolution passed on 2.10.1994 and obtained Fresh Certificate of incorporation dated 1st November, 1994, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. - The Company was involved in the production of advertising films. Its client base included corporate entities from various segments of industry. - The company had produced two India Tourism commercials for McCann Direct, New York, a division of McCann Erickson, currently one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. 1993 - The focus of the Company's activities has changed from the production of advertising films to the planning and establishment of a Digital Video Editing and Computer Graphics Facility. 1997 - Studio Mirage, a unit of Cinerad Communications Limited, promoted by prominent film maker Zafar Hai, has entered into a strategic alliance with Prasad Corp's EFX of Mumbai, to provide world class digital effects for the Mumbai film industry. - The Company had entered into an agreement with Tektronix (India) Limited for the setting-up of the Heavy works Non-Linear Film Editing System at Studio Mirage. 2000 - The company on February 28 has finalised allotment of 22,00,000 No. of equity shares at a premium of Rs 20 per share offered and issued on a preferential allotment basis. 2003 - unveils film - Taj of Apollo Bunder 2012 -Mr. Manmohan Prahladka has been appointed as Additional Director of the company. 2014 -The Registered office of the company has been changed from old location to Premises No. 55, Ground Floor, Om Heera Panna Premises Co-op.
