The company is promoted by A C Shah, a technocrat and entrepreneur who has a rich experience in industry, business & finance and Dipak C Shah, a businessman engaged in trading and consultancy business. 2008 - Company name has been changed from Lesha Steels Ltd to Lesha Energy Resources Ltd. 2010 -The Company the change of name of the company from "Lesha Energy Resources Ltd" to "Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd". 2013 -The Company has recommend final dividend of Rs. 0.10/- per share i.e. 1% on Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each 2014 -The Company has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.25 (Twenty Five paise only) per share. - Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from "702, Ashoka Chambers, Mithakali Six Roads, Ahmedabad" to "8, Sigma Corporate House, Nr.
