Our Company was incorporated as a private limited as "Hannah Joseph Hospital Private Limited" at Tamil Nadu as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 24, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies ("ROC"), Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company changed to `Hannah Joseph Hospital Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2022 was issued by the RoC, Chennai.
